Easy, perfect!
I like a lot this app, only $10 and so easy to use!
It works
I did a dumb thing and just bought this without doing a lot of research but the good news is that it worked out for me and was able to rip video files from a DVD. thanks for working.
Doesn't convert original DVDs
I purchased this app yesterday and it does a great job converting ripped DVDs into digital files. HOWEVER, it DOES NOT convert orginal DVDs into digital files. Everytime I try (and I tried with multiple DVDs), the app says that it doesn't convert encrupted DVDs.

kept locking up
It didn't work. It acted like it's beginning the rip, but then it would just... sit there. It wouldn't make any progress. To top it off, I had to do a force quit each time because it wouldn't respond to anything. Save your money and avoid this one.
Converted by entire home library
Worked like a charm for me. I had about 20 DVDs that were made from old videocamera tapes. They all conveted to mp4 like a charm. I cannot speak to trying to use a copyrighted DVD movie bc I didn't try to do that, but you shouldn't be doing that anyway, intellectual property and all. Note that there is a little button to hit on the lower left corner when exporting. If yours are exporting in multiples, make sure that is checked.

Flat out does not work on any video source
This program does not work period dot. It crashes my Mac and one time I got it stable it failed to complete the import and create no mp4. Avoid it like the plague.
DVD Ripper Video Converter Pro HD
This software works very well and ripped a VideoTS program into an iMOV file without a problem. The size of the file was reduced about a third (1.36 GB to 425 MB) but the video quality was very good. Worth $9.99 in my view.

It's not perfect, a little slow, but it works and it's easy to use. Better than any of the other programs I've tried.
Disappointing
Just bought it to transfer old family videos from DVD to MP4. Does not work! I want my money back!
Works Great!
Does what it says it does. Really easy to use for ripping DVDs to other formats.
Way better than Handbrake.
Handbrake would only rip part of my programs. Should have dropped the $10 much earlier for this gem.
It does what it does
Needed to duplicate two personal DVD’s for a friend. Downloaded the freebe’s and they were worthless. This one did what it said it would do and did it intuitively. Great program.

ONE STAR for Review disappearing, Four Stars for Program
While this program was running, I was writing my review. it was long and detailed and the program ended and a pop up came up and ask for a review and it destroy my message. Now I’m pi$$ed. I was explaining to young people why there is a WaterMark on the program trying to explain capitalism and your #$%&# program deleted my message! How can people Rate it when they haven’t even seen the results of their First Rip? And you can’t even copy your message so you can save it.
Does not rip encrypted dvd
This app description does not say it will not rip encripted dvds. HUGE WASTE OF $10 bucks. DO NOT BUY THIS
Works well for my needs
The application works well for my needs. It is not as user friendly as it could be. I had to futz around with it to figure out how to delete a file once i added it, which required going up to the top Edit menu. I have only tried it on DVDs thus far and look forward to trying it on other file types.
